Google Chrome has a new beta version now, Google took off the beta tag in December and from there they released two versions one stable and other for developers. Now they have re-introduced beta of Chrome. According to Google the new beta version is much faster than the stable version.
This beta version is 25% faster on V8 benchmark and 35% faster on the sunspider benchmark than the current stable version and almost twice as fast compared to original beta of Google Chrome according to a blog post on Chrome blog.
The beta version has some new features though, from autofill, full page zoom, autoscroll and drag tabs which allows you to have side by side view. You can download the Google Chrome Beta from here.

I don’t understand why Google didn’t come out with chrome initially and why it’s taking them so long to release a mac version.
