HTC announced it’s first dual-SIM Android smartphones Desire V and Desire VC today. Desire V and Desire VC are similar in specs wise except the networks, Desire VC is for Chinese market.
Desire V is the GSM+GSM phone, on it’s primary slot it supports quad-band GSM and dual-band HSPA and on the second slot it supports tri-band GSM. On the other hand Desire VC supports EVDO/CDMA+GSM.
Both phones have identical specifications, they are powered by 1GHz Cortex A5 processor, Adreno 200 GPU, 512MB of RAM. They will come Android Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box, on top of it the new HTC Sense UI 4.0. It boasts 4 inch WVGA display. Other specs include 5megapixel camera with LED flash, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 4GB internal memory, and Beats audio.
HTC Desire V will launch in Asia first in early July, later in other parts of the world.
