Samsung has unveiled Galaxy Young smartphone just ahead of MWC. This is a mid-range device in the Galaxy line of devices from Samsung, it bears the Galaxy S3 or S3 Mini design principles, and the comparison ends there as this is not a high end device.
Samsung Galaxy Young comes with 3.3inch HVGA TFT display and runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. It is powered by a 1GHz processor and has 768MB of RAM. It has an internal storage of 4GB with a microSD slot for expansion of memory upto 64GB. Other specifications include a 3-megapixel rear camera 1300mAh camera, Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth 4.0 and USB 2.0
Galaxy Young is targeted towards youth and will be available in Dual-SIM version also on select markets. The smartphone is Pricing and availability is not yet announced, according to earlier reports it will be available in markets starting April 2013.
