Samsung will officially announce the next generation of Galaxy device, that is Galaxy S IV on March 14 according to multiple reports. Earlier the rumored dates for the official launch are March 15th and March 22nd.
SamMobile reports that Samsung will launch Galaxy S IV on March 14th based on a tweet from Eldar Murtazin, Mobile-review.com founder. He tweeted there is a big announcement on March 14th (see below). The report also says that the event will be held at New York. Last year Samsung announced the Galaxy S III in March at an event in London.

The Verge also reporting that Samsung will launch Galaxy S IV on March 14th, and itβs design will be more like the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, and it will look different from the leaked designs we have seen. It is expected to be released at MWC this year.
Galaxy S IV will have more features than itβs predecessor, S III and the feature jump from S IV to S III is significantly higher than S II to S III. Specs wise it is expected to carry Exynos 5 processor with Quad-Core and 4.9-5inch Full HD display at 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution.
