Nexus 7 (2013) tablet was manufactured by Asus for Google. The tablet went on sale in India last month along with the Nexus 5 smartphone made by LG. Asus has now officially launched the tablet in India, what this means is you can now find the tablet in other retail stores as well, earlier it was only available through Google play Store.
Nexus 7 is priced starting with Rs. 20,990 for 16GB Wi-Fi only model, and the 4G LTE enabled 32GB version costs Rs 27,999. The Wi-Fi only 32GB version probably won’t sell outside Google Play Store. With the general availability this tablet is now available from Reliance Digital, Croma, Vijay Sales and other retail outlets including online retailers like Flipkart.
Nexus 7 features a 7-inch IPS screen with 1920 x 1200 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Processor coupled with Adreno 320GPU. It packs 2GB of RAM and either 16GB or 32GB of internal storage.
