BenQ, the Taiwanese consumer electronics company is re-entering the phone business with two new Android smartphones called BenQ F3 and A3. BenQ earlier sold phones with BenQ Mobile and later discontinued that business and now it re-enters with mid range Android devices.
Ben Q F3 comes with a 4.5-inch IPS screen at qHD ( 960 x 540 pixels ) resolution. It is powered by the 1.2GHz MediaTek MT6589 Quad Core processor with PowerVR SGX544 GPU. It packs 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage with a micro SD card support for memory expansion. It runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system. It packs a 13MP rear camera with lot of shooting modes on the software side.

Ben Q A3 launched in early November it differs from the F3 in the camera department, it only has 8MP camera, and it is powered by a Qualcomm MSM8225Q processor inside. The A3 packs a 2000 mAh battery compared to the F3’s 2100mAh battery.

Availability & Pricing: Both these phones are currently available in Taiwan, it is not clear whether these phones will launch internationally or not. BenQ F3 is available with a price tag of NT$7,990 (~ US$270 or Rs 17000) and the BenQ A3 goes for NT$5,990 (US$200 or Rs 12600).
