If you look at the specifications both these phones have similar hardware inside but there are some obvious differences, let us see where these phones differ.
Dimensions wise Micromax Canvas Turbo is sleeker than the Karbonn Titanium X, and weight wise titanium x is marginally bulkier but remember it comes with a bigger battery.
Memory: Micromax Canvas Turbo wins high with 2GB RAM and the Karbonn Titanium X lags here. The difference in RAM will surely makes a difference while playing games. Both these phones come with 1.5GHz Quad-Core Processors, although Karbonn Titanium X processor make is not known, that won’t make much of a difference except for the fact that it has less RAM.
Connectivity: Karbonn ups the ante with introduction of NFC in Titanium X, this is the first mobile in budget Android devices to have NFC support.
Battery: Karbonn has decided to include a 2300mAh battery in Titanium X while Micromax has packed 2000mAh battery in Canvas Turbo. Karbonn phone with bigger battery might give an edge but it depends on the real world performance.
Others: Both phones pack a 13MP rear camera with Autofocus, LED Flash and a 5MP camera at the front. Karbonn phone has a dual LED flash though, that might help in low light conditions. Both phones run on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box. Both phones come with 5-inch IPS display with full HD resolution.
Conclusion: Looks like Karbonn has launched the Titanium X to compete with the Canvas Turbo phone as it has similar specifications and comes at the same price point. While both the phones offer similar hardware at the same price point with 2GB of RAM Micromax Canvas Turbo might be a good buy if you compare both of them. If you can live with the 1GB RAM of Karbonn Titanium X you will get a phone with NFC support and good hardware.
