A demo video leak last month suggested that Google Now for iOS is coming and today Google finally made it official. Google Now has landed on the Apple appstore in the form of Google Search app update for iOS. It is available for both iPhone and iPad. Google Now display information in the form of cards when you need with out much interaction. the feature is available in Android and now with this update it came to iOS.
Google Now for iOS looks similar to the Android version but there are some differences in how the app works in bot the platforms. Also it carries most of the Google Now Cards from Android except a few notable ones including Boarding Pass, Activity Summary and others.
Google Now Swipe launch feature is not available in iOS because of the iOS restrictions. After downloading the search app update you need to opt-in to activate the Google Now service before you can use it.
