Sharing files with others is never easy, either you have to upload to a file sharing service, or FTP it to a server or email attach the files. This all takes time and effort, BoxCloud wants to solve this problem by letting you share files right from your desktop.
With this service you don’t have to upload anything, all you have to do is download the client software and select the files you want to share. Boxcloud will send an email to your contacts or you tell the url to access the files. Your friends or colleagues can access your shared files from the browser, they don’t have to download any software.
BoxCloud allows to add descriptions and tags to your files and editing is possible for supported file types.
Boxcloud has different plans ranging from free plan, $12/month to $249/month. For personal free plan is enough as you can share unlimited number of files but only 3 clients can access these files. There is no storage limit because the files are on your desktop.
Boxcloud works with both windows and mac.

So how are the files shared? Does Box Cloud upload it automatically?

@Nirmal
They are not uploaded to boxcloud, this works like P2web. They are requested from the sender desktop whenever someone requests.
