Karbonn Mobiles has launched another smartphone in its Titanium series of Android smartphones. Dubbed as Titanium S9 this is the most expensive in the Karbonn portfolio with a price tag of Rs. 19,990. It is interesting to see that Karbonn has launched a smartphone that will compete with the upcoming Micromax Canvas 4. Micromax has started pre-orders for the phone and it is expected to release on July 8th.
The Karbonn Titanium S9 features a 5.5-inch IPS display with HD (1280 x 720) resolution. It is powered by a 1.2GHz Quad Core processor with 1GB of RAM. The internal storage is pegged at 16GB and it will come with a micro SD slot for memory expansion. On the camera front it carries a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5 megapixel front camera for video calling and for selfies.
It is a dual SIM phone that runs on the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS and packs a 2600mAh battery under the hood to power up the device. Connectivity options include 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and micro USB. Other options include G-Sensor, proximity Sensor, and Ambient light sensor.

According to Karbonn this phone will be available in the coming days through out the country. Karbonn has Karbonn Titanium S1, Titanium S2 and Titanium S5 in the series and now this S9 also adds to the list.
