LG’s new L-series III smartphones are now available in India through online retailer Snapdeal. LG launched L-Series III smartphones L90, L70 and L40 last month, the L70 dual and L90 dual are now available in India. The budget smartphones will compete with the likes of Moto G in the Indian market. The L70 dual and L90 dual devices are priced Rs 14,500 and Rs 17,500 respectively. LG has not officially launched these devices in India, however these phones are already listed in the LG official India site.
LG has redesigned the LIII smartphones with design cues taken from the LG G series smartphones. The budget smartphones come in a new metallic frame with thin bezels. Both these phones run on latest Android 4.4 KitKat operating system.
LG L70 dual features a 4.5-inch IPS display with 800 x 400 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor along with Adreno 302 GPU. It features 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. The internal memory can be expanded to 32GB. In the camera department it comes with an 8MP rear camera along with LED flash and a 1.3MP front camera for video calls and selfies. Other specifications of the LG L70 dual include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, micro USB, 3G and 2100mAh of battery under the hood.
LG L90 dual features a slightly bigger screen than the L70 at 4.7-inch, it is an IPS display with aHD resolution (960 x 540 pixels). It is powered by a 1.2GHz Quad-core processor. On the memory front it comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded to 32GB using a micro SD card. Other specifications of L90 include an 8MP rear camera, 1.3MP front camera, 2540mAh battery under the hood. Usual connectivity options include 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, dual SIM, micro USB, GPS etc.
