Micromax has announced this week that they are entering the Russian market with Canvas and Beat models starting with. Micromax along with the previously announced Beat and Social models it launched another interesting handset called Canvas Knight with model name A350. It is the current flagship phone from Micromax.
Micromax Canvas Knight is also the first smartphone from Micromax with the Octa-core processor, the Processor is clocked at 1.7GHz. It features a 5-inch IPS display with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. It is a dual SIM handset, and comes with non-removable battery. It is currently the slimmest phone in Micromax lineup with 7.3mm in thickness, the previous flagship Canvas Turbo is 8.7mm thick.
It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box. It packs a 16MP rear camera with LED flash and auto focus, there is a 5MP front camera also. It comes with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It packs a 2350mAh battery under the hood to power up the device. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3G, micro USB, Dual SIM among others.
Micromax has not unveiled this phone in India, we can expect Micromax to unveil in the next few days or weeks. Meanwhile Micromax is launching a mini version of the Canvas Turbo, called Micromax Canvas Turbo Mini with a price tag of Rs 14490.
