Micromax announces a dual-SIM Android smartphone Ninja 2 A56. The new phone is the successor to the previously released Micromax Ninja Superfone A50, which came first with the voice assistant AISHA. The official date od the availability is not yet known, but Micromax has listed it’s specifications on it’s website.
This Android smartphone is powered by a 800MHz processor, 512MB of ROM and 256MB of RAM. The memory can be extended with a 32GB external SD card. It has 3.5 inch HVGA display and comes with the AISHA voice assistant. AISHA functions similar to Siri on iOS and it allows users to tweet or update status, search and stream online videos.
Ninja 2 runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, and will stay in that version as it is powered by 256MB RAM, upgrading to Android ICS will require at least 512MB of RAM.
Other specifications of Ninja 2 will include 3megapixel rear CMOS camera, with 4x zoom, 3G, USB 2.0, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and has 1400mAh battery.
