Nokia has brought it’s Music app to Windows 8 and Windows RT devices. This app is available to Windows Phone 8 devices from quite some time, now it brings the same app to the Windows 8 tablets and desktops. Nokia Music service offers music streaming service, it allows users to listen to Nokia’s vast catalog of music.
Users with Nokia Music+ subscription can use the app to listen to their favorite tracks and others were given 7 days free trail after that you will only be able to play 30sec clip mixes. Nokia Music offers several hundreds of Music mixes, it also recommends mixes based on playing music as well as your own music collection. You can also save mixes to your device for offline listening. You can create artist mixes and search for mixes that contain your favorite artists music.
The Nokia Music app for Windows 8 supports Windows 8 Snap view feature so that you can have access to the music controls always. Nokia Music+ subscribers can simply login to the service with their existing credentials, while others can start a free trial by creating a Nokia account.
Nokia Music is now available in the Windows 8 app store in US, UK, Ireland and Australia and will be rolled out to the rest of the world in the coming weeks. It is not yet available in India store as of this writing.
