Printo is a Bangalore based startup aims to transfer digital printing in India with services from printing from Photo albums to Business cards.
Printo is different from the digital photo print services available in India, it is focussing on photo calenders, business cards and digital documents. Hindu reported that Printo is in talks with services like [tag]Flickr[/tag], Snapfish, Sutterfly and photobucket to allow these site users to print their photos from Printo.
It offers digital photo printing, business cards, invitation cards, wedding cards, it wants to a one stop destination to all your digital printing needs.
Printo has so far six outlets in Bangalore and will have 200 stores by the end of 2009 across India.
These type of services are not available in India (as far as i know) being the first of its kind it has all the advantages to become a killer startup.
The design of the site may be improved to have a visually appealing look, may be a web2.0 type of design will do. On my first visit i thought its an offline affair, later i realized thats its online service.
