Socialife is a news app for Sony Xperia smartphones and tablets, it aggregates content from social networks like twitter, Facebook, reads RSS feeds and brings all of them together to users screen. The Socialife app is exclusive to Sony Xperia smartphones till now, but Sony has released this nifty app now to general public. It can now be downloaded to any Android smartphone running Android 4.1 Jelly bean and up. Though it is still exclusive to Xperia tablets, it won’t work on other Android tablets.
Socialife is a Sony’s quick access news reader app, it allows users to get Facebook posts, twitter updates, YouTube videos, favorite news sources all at one place. Android has a range of news apps including the uber popular Flipboard and many others, so this app is going to compete with all those apps. It includes content from several mainstream news sites, blogs and magazines. You can also add your favorite RSS feeds to it manually to keep upto date with the current trends.
Socialife app requires Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and up, it is compatible with most of the Android smartphones but exclusive to Xperia tablets.
