Spice Mobiles has launched a new Android smartphone in its stellar line of smartphones in the Indian market. Spice Stellar Pinnacle Pro is up for pre-order on Saholic.com and is priced at Rs. 14990. This is a Quad-Core phone and runs on the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. It will be available widely from the last week of April.
The Spice Stellar Pinnacle Pro Mi-535 packs a 1.2GHz Quad-Core Processor under the hood with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of in-built storage along with an expandable micro SD slot. This is a dual-SIM Android phone runs on the latest Android 4.2 OS Jelly Bean.
Mr. T M Ramakrishnan, CEO – Devices, S Mobility said, “The new Stellar Pinnacle Pro Mi 535 is backed by whole new software integration that promises unparalleled user experience. Pinnacle Pro is an enhancement of our Stellar Pinnacle Mi 530. Stellar Pinnacle received tremendous response from the consumers since its launch in January this year. We have set a new benchmark in the industry by adding a 5MP front camera with Wide Angle View, enabling group video chats. The 1.2 GHz Quad core processor coupled with the latest android platform Jelly bean 4.2 in Pinnacle Pro will give an enhanced user experience. We will continue to focus on innovation and use the latest technologies to develop products at aggressive price segments.”
It comes with a 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera, that is special to this phone, as we have not seen before a 5MP on the front. It comes with a 5.2inch qHD resolution display. If this phone has a flaw that is the screen, as the competitors in this segment have HD screens on their phones. A 2550mAh battery is under the hood to power up the device.
It is going to compete with recently launched Quad-Core phones from several Indian mobile companies including Micromax A116 Canvas HD, Karbonn Titanium S5 and Zen Ultrafone 701 HD.
