If you use multiple calendars for work, home there is no way simple way to sync all of them together. A new service FuseCal is going to help users to sync any calendar to any calendar. It will also allow you to put filters so that you can skip some of the events syncing to all other calendars.
You can create events and then update your other calendars like Google calendar or Outlook calendar with these events. Enter any calendar URL in the fusecal URL field it will fetch the data.
There is also a desktop app as Outlook 2003 Add-in for accessing fusecal via outlook 2003. Whenever you make the changes to outlook calendar press the fusecal button, it will ass new saved events and updates existing ones.
Fusecal can also be shared with your readers if you have a blog or website by embedding. Your readers can easily save your events to their calendars. The service is currently in Alpha. Source: Readwriteweb

Thanks a lot for posting about us!
Just to clarify what FuseCal currently does: we can extract the events from any normal web page… maybe a sports team’s schedule… and pull them into your personal calendar.
So far, we don’t have plans to sync between various personal calendars, but I like the idea!
Don’t hesitate to tell us what else we can do to make FuseCal more useful via the feedback form at FuseCal.com.
cheers,
