Windows Blue, the next generation of Windows operating system or just a major upgrade to the Windows 8 OS has leaked online. It has reached the first development stage recently, the leaked OS screenshots posted online shows some new changes and features including smaller live tiles and bigger start screen, additional snap view for multi tasking and hints of IE11.
The leaked screenshots on Winforum show lot of new changes including smaller live tiles along with lot more personalization options and additional snap views, which allows users to have snap views side by side like the desktop snap view modes, but it supports 4 apps side by side. And a number of improvements to the charms bar settings screen, thes include lot more personalization options.
Another important feature is the inclusion of Internet Explorer 11 in the Windows Blue, but is is not yet clear what it brings to the table in-terms of features over IE 10. Looks like there is a greater intergration of SkyDrive in the Windows Blue with SkyDrive options included in the settings.
Build 9364 is leaked online and is a partner build and originally compiled on March 15th, this is rather a surprise because Microsoft is tightly controlling the software from leaks and this is a major leak from quite some time. The build is available from file sharing sites if you want to play with it, you can always install it in a virtual machine.
