Microsoft has quietly launched a free service called Windows Live Community Builder, that offers Windows Live services for domains. This is a similar service like Google Apps for your domain, under this service Microsoft offers Live mail, photo service, messenger, writer and other live services.
You can get started using these services by entering your domain name, if you don’t have a domain name you can purchase one from Microsoft partners. You need to have a Live account to use these services if you don’t have you can create an account. You can setup registration for email accounts at your site, co-branding is also available.
As i see the site most of the options are not accessible as i haven’t change my DNS records for the domain i entered. This is an useful service for small businesses want to have a hosted solution for Live services.

Live Apps is a good one and Microsoft is giving some competition to Google Apps.
