Xbox team has released Xbox Video and Xbox Music apps for Windows Phone 8 users, the release of these apps came after a long wait. The release of these apps is important as the content can now be shared from Xbox to Windows Phone with the video app.
Xbox Video
Xbox Video app now allows users to browse, stream and download movies and TV episodes to their phone. With the Xbox Video users can buy or rent movies, TV Shows from their device and then they can stream or download the content directly to their phone. Now these videos are available on all your device, you can pick up from where you left on any connected device. With the season pass option it is possible to buy your favorite TV Show with out missing episodes.
The video app also includes ratings from Rotten Tomatoes and Metacritic scores making it easy for users to discover hits and skip flop movies. The Xbox Video app currently doesn’t support HD videos but this will be addressed in later updates. Download Xbox Video

Xbox Music
