Xolo Q800 launched online at Rs. 12,499, it is the first Quad-Core phone from lava mobiles. The Xolo Q800 will compete with the recently launched Micromax A116 Canvas HD, it boasts similar specs with Canvas HD.
Xolo Q800 is powered by a 1.2GHz Quad-Core MediaTek processor with 1GB od RAM and 4GB of Internal memory. It runs on Android Jelly Bean out of the box . It comes with a 4.5-inch screen IPS display at 540×960 pixels resolution. The big difference between Canvas HD and this phone is the display Canvas HD has a HD resolution at 293PPI, the Q800 has qHD resolution at 244PPI. The multi-touch is a five-finger touch one but that should be more than enough for anyone.
Other specifications of Q800 include an 8 megapixel rear camera, and 1.2MP front camera with BSI and CMOS sensors. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB, 3G at 21mbps HSDPA, best in its class. This is a dual-SIM Android smartphone supports both GSM+GSM cards.
Xolo Q800 is available online at Flipkart.com for INR 12,499, this will compete with the Micromax Canvas HD which is out of stock from quite some time. Lava has priced this phone competitively and If the early reviews are good this phone will give Canvas HD run for its money.
